Ramadan and Yogurt

One of the hardest things for me to deal with during Ramadan is that horrible taste in my mouth. I stumbled across this article on the BBC and I think it can provide a method to helping prevent this. Eating natural yogurt. The way I see it is that I have nothing to lose so it will be a favorite in my pre-dawn snack and post-sunset meal insha’Allah.

Use a miswak too.

And no, I did not run out of things to blog.
